الصفات ودرجات المقارنة: Adjectives, degrees of comparison
في حالات المقارنة نضيف إلي الصفة (er) أو(est) في نهاية الكلمة
- تعني انه أفضل من الأخر المفرد <=== er
- تعني انه أفضل علي الإطلاق من الجميع <=== est
Ex:
Tall ====; taller ====; tallest
Short ====; shorter ====; shortest
في حالة المقارنة وكانت الصفة تتكون من أكثر من جزئيين نضع (more) للتفضيل علي الأخر ونضع (most) للأفضلية المطلقة علي الجميع
Ex:
Beautiful ====; more beautiful ====;most beautiful
Your car is more beautiful than my car.
بعض الكلمات المكونة من أكثر من جزئيين:
Difficult & exciting & interesting & dangerous & beautiful
وفي حالة وجود حرف (y) في الصفة نضع بدلاً منة (i)
Ex:
Easy ====; easier ====; easiest
Happy ====; happier ====; happiest
Lazy ====; lazier ====; laziest
Comparatives المقارنة
1) ....as ( adj ) as.....
ابسط درجات المقارنة وهي تعني ان الصفة متواجدة في الطرفين
Ex:
Ali is as tall as Ahmed.
Fatima is as beautiful as her sister.
Comparatives المقارنة
2) .......er than..........
ونستخدم هذه ألصيغه إذا كان الشيئيين أو الشخصان المراد مقارنتهما يختلفان
Ex:
Khalid is taller than karim.
Karim is stronger than khalid.
The plane is quicker than the train.
وهناك كلمات استثناء لانضع لها er & est وهم كما يالى:
Good ====; better ====; best
Bad ====; worse ====; worst
Much ====; more ====most
Many ====; more ====; most
Little ====; less ====; least
Ex:
Hany is taller than his sister
Hala is more beautiful than her sister
She is the better of the two
